Refund Policy

1. Our 14-Day Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all AI Genie purchases. If you are unsatisfied with our product for any reason within 14 days of your original purchase date, you are entitled to a full refund of your $97 purchase price.

This guarantee is unconditional — you do not need to provide a reason, justify your request, or demonstrate that you used the product. We trust you to be honest, and we want you to feel confident buying.

The 14-day window begins at the moment your payment is successfully processed and your account is activated.

2. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Just follow these steps:

2. 02Include the email address you used to purchase AI Genie. This is how we locate your account and payment record.
3. 03We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
4. 04Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear.

3. After 14 Days

Refund requests submitted more than 14 days after the original purchase date are not eligible for a refund. We strictly enforce this window to keep our pricing fair for all customers.

If you are experiencing a technical issue with your account, please contact us regardless of the timeframe. We are committed to resolving any problems and will do our best to help — even if a refund is no longer available.

4. Account Access After Refund

Once a refund is issued, your access to AI Genie will be permanently revoked. This includes access to all five tools:

• Wish Engine
• Content Dominator
• Ad Media Assassin
• The Traffic Magnet
• Media Buyer Assistant

Any AI-generated content, saved outputs, or conversation history associated with your account will no longer be accessible after the account is deactivated. We recommend exporting any content you wish to keep before submitting a refund request.

5. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny a refund in the following circumstances:

• The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after purchase.
• The account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
• There is evidence of fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.
• A chargeback has already been initiated through your bank or card issuer.

6. Chargebacks

If you are within the 14-day window and unhappy with your purchase, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks result in fees for both parties and take significantly longer to resolve. We will always honor a valid refund request faster and without friction.
